You can now book an appointment to see me in person or virtually ( by phone) by clicking the link below and setting up the required profile.  Certain limitations and restrictions apply. (You will need your Health Card Number to book)

Please DO NOT book an appointment online for:

1. Urgent issues that require attendance in the Emergency department ( e.g. Chest pain, Shortness of breath, bleeding, etc.).  Please call 911 or go to your nearest Emergency Department.

2. Do NOT book for "annual check ups / Annual physicals" - as these are no longer performed.  Please see sections on "Periodic Health Exam" in the website.
